Navicelli Rowing Marathon
The Navicelli Rowing Marathon, now in its tenth edition, it's a long distance row challenge (6000 meters), which takes place in the Canale dei Navicelli in Pisa. The first rowing race of the year, which opens the rowing season in the calendar of the Italian Rowing Federation (FIC). Generally over than 1000 athletes of all categories and teams from across Italy are taking part. In the images, the athletes of the Cadetti and Allievi C categories (Canottieri Arno team) during training in the days preceding the regatta and during the race.
Temperatures close to 0 ° degrees; frozen piers and basin on the morning of the race which caused a delay of races starting time.
